Light Splasher Graphics is Bert Webster. I’m a freelance web developer and 3D animator, located in Mount Vernon, WA. I bridge the gap between design and programming with skills in both areas and I focus on interactive 3D for the web and Flash ActionScript development. Art and animation are my passion and the computer is the tool by which I get there.
